Exhibitions regulations: The admission of cavies takes place on Wednesday, 5 November, between 07:00 and 16:00, or alternatively on Tuesday, 4 November, between 10:00 and 20:00. Judging of the cavies will take place on Thursday, 6 November, between 07:00 and 16:00. During the exhibition, the cavies will be kept in cages provided by the organizer and will remain there for the entire duration of the exhibition until pickup. Feeding, watering, and presentation will be handled by a team appointed by the organizer. The exhibitor is not present during the judging day – presence is allowed from Friday, 7 November after 14:00, but it is not mandatory. Exhibitors are required to collect their cavies on Sunday, 9 November, between 12:00 and 16:00. Any changes to the exhibition conditions will be announced in advance on this website.

Sale of animals: Each exhibitor has the right to put animals up for sale. The price of the animal will be mentioned on the entry form. The price stated in the catalogue will be increased by 20% by the exhibition organiser as a handling fee. Sold animals can be picked up on Friday from 14:00. All sold animals must be picked up no later than Sunday, 9 November, by 11:00. The Exhibition Committee does not assume any guarantee for purchased animals if the breeder does not pick them up by this date. Additional putting up for sale of animals after judging is possible for a handling fee of 20 €. Sold animals will be paid to the exhibitors through Slovenský zväz chovateľov. For foreign exhibitors through the contact persons, no later than 31 January 2026.
